Your Blueprints and Mods carry into Once Human's PvE Isles of Abyss scenario, but they do not bypass its Tech progression. Tech limits craftable gear rarity and the number of active Mod attributes. You start at maximum character level, not with every part of your old loadout fully available.

Blueprint ownership is not the crafting unlock

If the rarity you expected is unavailable, check the Tech restriction before treating the Blueprint as missing. Knowing a weapon or armor Blueprint and being able to craft its expected rarity are separate conditions here.

Before gathering materials for a replacement, confirm that the craft you want is currently available. This avoids planning around equipment you cannot make yet.

A familiar Mod can have fewer active attributes

Tech also governs how many Mod attributes are active. Bringing the Mod into the scenario does not mean all its attributes contribute immediately.

Compare the active attributes before rebuilding your loadout or discarding a familiar Mod. A restriction in this scenario is not, by itself, evidence of a universal nerf or lost collection.

Progress Tech rather than chasing another character level

Exploring the archipelago, collecting resources and completing key challenges advance Tech. The Cradle system is unavailable in this scenario, so an old Cradle setup is not the missing step.

Choose the next equipment restriction you need to remove, then check its requirements in game. The launch notice does not list exact Tech thresholds or attribute counts at each level; do not plan a purchase or crafting route around an unverified table.

These are the PvE Isles of Abyss rules. The update also includes Isles of Abyss: RaidZone, but the shared map name does not make its PvP progression rules interchangeable.
