1. OPEN MAPPING, THEN GRAB HILDA.

hildas campsite

Open the Ziggurat Waygate, kill the first map boss, and unlock the hideout map device. Talk to Doryani and Farah so the Atlas is actually moving, then peel off to Hilda's camp and finish her first Beast Contract.

Take Hilda's early passive right away. Powerful Map Bosses can drop Waystones above the map tier, and getting that chance early saves you from scraping for stones later.

2. DO NOT FULL CLEAR THE FORTRESS.

engame fortress

Once mapping is open, head for the nearby Precursor Tower, reveal the Fortress, and cut straight toward the Ancient Gateway. Grab the trial key on the route and take your third ascendancy around level 70.

From there, reach the Burning Monolith, kill the eastern and western Gateway bosses, and light both beacons. Clear the two Tier 10 Enigma Chambers for the first crisis fragments, then try Arbiter of Ash. If that fight turns into a slog, stop pushing. You are not proving anything by feeding it Waystones.

3. FIX YOUR WAYSTONE POOL FIRST.

waystones empty

Run the highest tier you can finish without drama. Path through early Essence nodes toward Pathkeeper and Waystone drop chance, then take Eons of Domination and use rolled Overseer Tablets on nodes that do not already have Powerful Bosses.

Once the route feels stable, add Valuable Paths and Archaeological Interest so bosses pay out more stones. Unlock generic Precursor Tablets after sustain is handled, and reforge three unwanted matching Waystones into the next tier when your stash starts filling with junk.

Doryani sells Waystones below your highest completed tier. Buy spare T6 and T11 stones when those gates open, because running dry there feels awful.

4. FALL BACK TO T11 WHEN IT GETS UGLY.

waystone tiers

Tier 11 is the clean fallback when T14, T15, or Arbiter fights start costing too much. Farm T11, replace weak gear, gain levels, and rebuild the Waystone pile instead of forcing a bad push.

Area level 75 already gives you plenty to work with, including strong gear tiers and level 18 gems. Clear one Corrupted Nexus for Doryani's extra revive passive, unlock Delirium amulet instilling, then leave deep Delirium alone until your build can take the pressure.

5. TAKE THE EARLY PAYOUTS.

abyss quest start

After T11 feels stable, finish Abyss and kill Kulamak for currency, crafting materials, and passive points. Breach is also worth doing early because Xesht can help with jewelry, catalysts, belts, and more points.

Use Expedition only if you still need currency, gems, Waystones, or basic crafting supplies. Skip mechanic Tablets while unlocking that mechanic. Extra encounters sound nice until they drag the route sideways.

6. ASCEND BEFORE YOU GET CUTE.

trial of sekhemas location

Before serious pinnacle attempts, get near level 85 and look for the easiest level 75 four floor Trial of the Sekhemas key from T11 content. Take the fourth ascendancy before you start paying for repeated Fortress attempts.

Move into T14 and T15 only when bosses are dying reliably and bad modifiers are not turning every map into a panic drill. Keep spare high tier Waystones. Gambling the whole pool on one rough layout is how a good route falls apart.

7. KILL DIVINITY, THEN CLAIM A REGION.

arbitor

In the central Fortress, kill the Matriarch and Patriarch for the Origin's Cradle and Origin Spark. Combine them into the Origin Core in the Origin Tower engine room, then take down Arbiter of Divinity at the top.

After the win, use a cardinal device to autocomplete an unexplored Fortress region. Start with one whose wall tower opens a useful route, like the path toward Ritual. Arbiter of Ash is the earlier Burning Monolith boss. Arbiter of Divinity is the one that makes the region loop pay out.

8. REPEAT THE FORTRESS LOOP.

Use opened wall towers to reveal fresh Infinite Atlas territory. Push outward in one direction, clear Corrupted Nexuses for Doryani as you go, and watch for paired Matriarch and Patriarch Halls marked by smooth orange beams.

Each new Spark and Cradle lets you fight Arbiter of Divinity again and claim another unexplored region. Keep running that loop until all five Fortress regions and the main Atlas tree are done.

9. SPEND POINTS ON THE BORING GOOD STUFF.

atlas tree

When the Fortress loop dumps a pile of Atlas points on you, spend them on the stuff that helps almost every map before chasing niche farms. Take Reverse Transcription and other strong Tablet passives, add Rogue Exiles if your build can handle the pressure, and path through Corrupted and Cleansed area passives where they fit your route.

10. FINISH THE MESSY TREES LAST.

ritual area

Finish Ritual first by rushing Audience progress, King in the Mists, and the Rite without adding Ritual Tablets. Move to the Vaal Temple tree next, including the Architect and Atziri route, because building the protected route first saves you from wasting valuable rooms.

Leave deep Delirium until last. It eventually asks for extremely Delirious maps and the Simulacrum, and that gets messy fast. Clean up the remaining Hilda beasts, Jado locations, and Doryani objectives, then finish Grand Expedition once the passive trees are mostly handled.

Controlled Climates, Curiously Durable Stone, and Partial Translation are worth taking when they support the farm you are actually running. After that, add pack size, Magic and Rare monsters, and item rarity before you specialize.
