A Scarlet Monastery-inspired escape room is opening in Toronto from October 8–11 as part of Blizzard's promotion for World of Warcraft: Forever. The public experience is at Escape Manor on King Street, while a separate Horde-versus-Alliance competition will stream on October 23.

Those dates are easy to mix up. The room players can book comes first. Blizzard's broadcast follows nearly two weeks later.

The public escape room runs October 8–11

Blizzard is inviting groups in the Toronto area to attempt the themed room at Escape Manor. The announcement describes it as inspired by Scarlet Monastery, the early World of Warcraft dungeon built around the Scarlet Crusade, rather than a one-to-one recreation of an in-game wing.

Players can book through Escape Manor's official Scarlet Monastery page. Blizzard has not announced an online version of the room or a wider tour beyond Toronto.

The Horde and Alliance stream is October 23

The second part is a faction competition broadcast through Warcraft's official Twitch and YouTube channels. Real-world Horde and Alliance teams will face head-to-head challenges before entering the final escape room together.

Blizzard has not named the competitors or confirmed the stream time yet. October 23 is the broadcast date, not the date the public room opens.

This is not an in-game WoW Forever event

The announcement does not include a game patch, quest, cosmetic reward, beta invitation or limited-time activity inside WoW Forever. It is a real-world promotional event tied to the November 4 launch.

That still gives Toronto players a rare way to walk into a piece of Warcraft history without assembling a five-player dungeon group. Just do not turn up on October 23 expecting the public booking window to still be open.
