Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2026: Shape Of Dreams Hits Game Pass
Xbox's TGS 2026 broadcast put Shape of Dreams on Game Pass, dated several releases and opened a Wo Long 2 demo through September 30.
Xbox's Tokyo Game Show 2026 broadcast produced three things players can use now: Shape of Dreams is available through Game Pass, the Wo Long 2 Alpha Demo runs through September 30, and Modern Warfare 4 has confirmed its launch and campaign-access dates.
The show included 17 announcements, but release dates, playable downloads and a new game reveal matter more than the total trailer count.
Shape Of Dreams Is Available Now
Shape of Dreams launched on Xbox Series X|S and Game Pass during the broadcast. The action roguelite supports cross-play, allowing Xbox players to join existing groups on other platforms instead of starting inside a separate console population.

Game Pass subscribers can test it without another purchase. That makes it the clearest recommendation from the show, especially for groups looking for a four-player cooperative game.
Wo Long 2 Has A Playable Demo
Wo Long 2 launches March 4, 2027. Its Alpha Demo remains available through September 30 and includes the newly shown Zuochi boss fight. Players who complete the demo receive a Fledgling Phoenix Helmet in the full release.
The reward is minor. The important point is that players can evaluate the combat before placing a pre-order.
Modern Warfare 4 Confirms Two October Dates
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 launches October 23, 2026. Campaign early access begins October 16 for players who pre-order the Standard Digital Edition or Vault Edition. The new trailer places the campaign on the Korean Peninsula and follows Price after a major weapon falls into hostile hands.
Faraday Blues Was The New Reveal
Serenity Forge announced Faraday Blues, a science-fiction adventure built from three connected visual novels. Players collect character cards and use them to change decisions across three eras. Xbox lists 64 possible endings, Play Anywhere support, Xbox Series X|S, PC and cloud.
The structure is distinct enough to watch, but the number of endings should not be treated as proof of meaningful choice until the game shows how different those outcomes are.
The Rest Of The Calendar
Edge of Memories launches November 5, 2026. Hope in the City follows on November 10. Persona 4 Revival is dated for February 18, 2027, while Crazy Taxi: World Tour confirmed Japan as one of its 2027 locations.
Start with the free options. Game Pass subscribers can try Shape of Dreams now, and the Wo Long 2 demo provides evidence before a purchase. The distant releases can wait for more gameplay and final pricing.
