Borderlands 4 has a new weekly farming target for October 8-15. The official weekly activities post lists Savage Salvage as the Wildcard Mission, with Aegon's Dream, a Vladof Assault Rifle, as the repeatable Legendary Gear Reward.

That makes this a straightforward farm check, not a balance patch. If you want the rifle, finish the main campaign, go to the Map tab in your ECHO menu, and look for the Weekly Wildcard Mission while the rotation is live.

Mimicron is the boss side of the week

The same official post names Mimicron as the Weekly Big Encore Boss. Gearbox also says the weekly activities arrive through a server-side update, so make sure you are playing with an internet connection before assuming your map is broken.

Maurice's Black Market Vending Machine moved too, but do not over-read that one. The location is shared for everyone, while the items inside can differ between players. If someone tells you their vending stock is guaranteed for your save, make them do the walk of shame back to the machine.

One more boring but useful warning: the official Steam announcement gives the October 8-15 window, but the exact reset hour was not independently verified for every region. If you are farming near the cutoff, check in-game before building your night around it.
