How Do Modern Warfare 4 Campaign Rewards Unlock in Multiplayer and DMZ?
Earn every Modern Warfare 4 campaign reward, see the official Operator checkpoints, and learn when the items become usable in Multiplayer and DMZ.
Finish Modern Warfare 4 campaign missions and the rewards are added to your account in a fixed order. You can earn them during Campaign Early Access, but Activision says they become usable in Multiplayer and DMZ when the full game launches on October 23. That timing matters if you are staring at DMZ on October 22 and wondering where your Operators went.
There is no published code to redeem and no separate DMZ contract attached to this set. Play the campaign, keep the same Activision Account, and let the story checkpoints do the work.
Finish campaign missions, not DMZ contracts
Modern Warfare 4 has sixteen campaign missions. Activision lists sixteen completion rewards, starting with the Cho Base Operator and ending with Park. You earn the set as you move through the story.
The official reward post does not attach a difficulty requirement to the standard sixteen items. If you only care about the Multiplayer and DMZ unlocks, there is no reason to turn the run into a punishment exercise. The harder campaign mastery rewards are a different job.
All sixteen rewards in Activision's order
The first four are the Cho Base Operator, the No More Rules Calling Card, a Double XP Token, and the Dallas Base Operator.
Next come the Ready Line Loading Screen, the Luca Base Operator, the Gone Dark Emblem, and the Oh Ji Base Operator.
The back half starts with another Double XP Token, then the Kal Base Operator, a Double Weapon XP Token, and the Dunn Base Operator.
The final stretch gives you a second Double Weapon XP Token, the West Base Operator, one more Double XP Token, and the Park Base Operator.
That is eight Operators, three Double XP Tokens, two Double Weapon XP Tokens, one Calling Card, one Loading Screen, and one Emblem.

Trust the operator checkpoints on Activision's graphic
Activision's reward image labels the Operator checkpoints directly: Cho after mission 1, Dallas after mission 4, Luca after mission 7, Oh Ji after mission 9, Kal after mission 11, Dunn after mission 13, West after mission 15, and Park after mission 16.
Some launch week tables pair every reward with the matching number in the sixteen item list. That puts several Operators one mission earlier than Activision's own artwork. If you are chasing one Operator, use the official checkpoint and spare yourself a pointless restart.
The non Operator rewards sit between those checkpoints in the published order. Activision has not given each token and cosmetic a mission number in the same official graphic, so the safe play is to keep moving through the story until the item appears.
The rewards open in Multiplayer and DMZ on October 23
Campaign Early Access began October 16, and DMZ Early Access began October 20. The campaign rewards follow a different clock. Activision says the full set becomes available for Multiplayer and DMZ upon the full game launch on October 23.
So a completed mission can show its reward in the campaign while the same item remains unavailable in DMZ before launch. That is expected. It is not proof that your save failed.
If a campaign reward is still missing after launch
First, make sure Campaign, Multiplayer, and DMZ are using the same Activision Account. Then reopen the campaign mission select screen and confirm the relevant checkpoint shows as completed.
Restart the game after the October 23 launch unlocks. Check Operators, Calling Cards, Emblems, Loading Screens, and your token inventory separately because the rewards do not all live in one menu.
If the campaign shows the checkpoint as complete and the reward is still absent after a restart, take a screenshot of the completed mission and the missing item page before contacting Activision Support. Do not replay half the story on a guess. Bring evidence and make support chase the problem instead.
