Avoid playing against the Aspects for now. Amplitude's September 22 notes for Endless Legend 2 version 1.0.125 warn that armies standing in enemy Coral can drown. The developer assigns that repair to a following hotfix, so the new military fixes do not remove the warning.

A Lord Estate that survives a village rebellion can also leave players unable to interact with the minor faction. That issue is awaiting the later hotfix too. The announcement gives no date for those repairs.

Flying armies and attacks through walls

For 1.0.125, Amplitude reports fixing a bug that gave an entire army flight when one flying unit or hero joined it. Opportunity attacks should also stop passing through walls, and battle previews receive a correction for ignoring reinforcements in some cases.

Stellars heroes get fixes for duplicated equipment and excess skill points on recruitment. The Kin of Sheredyn's Chosen of the Chosen passive is also on the repair list. These are the developer's claims, not results from Game Pelt testing.

Sandshaper ruins and resource costs

Sandshaper ruins increase from 90% to 100% of territories. The patch also addresses industry costs failing to rise during monsoon and ruins producing yields on lakes.

Scientific Repository and Treasury each move to one unit of their respective strategic resource output. Repository now costs 15 Glassteel; Treasury costs 15 Hyperium and 10 Glassteel. Camp district and extractor repairs are also fixed in the notes.

Quest objectives should stop counting level-two districts twice. Custom-faction Keeps receive a correction for missing free foundations, although Amplitude says that fix might require a new game. It does not explain which existing saves need restarting.

Check for build 1.0.125 before retrying an affected action. The announcement provides no separate deployment times for PC, PS5 or Xbox Series X|S, so availability on one platform should not be assumed for another. Keep a copy of your campaign before testing the possible new-game requirement.
