What Does Fellowship Still Penalize When A Dungeon Runs Overtime?
Fellowship removes overtime item-level losses across all leagues. Dungeon Score and Eternal Shards still suffer, and Reforge has strict recovery limits.
Dungeon Score and Eternal Shards still carry overtime consequences in Fellowship. Loot item level no longer does: update 0.4.5.0, released September 16, removes the equipment penalty for finishing more than ten percent over the dungeon timer.
What does a late clear still cost?
The removal applies across every league and difficulty. A party that completes an overtimed dungeon can receive its intended reward item level, even though its score and shard outcome still suffer from missing time.
That gives equipment-focused players a reason to finish after the timer has been missed. It does not make a late clear equivalent to a timed one, or guarantee that other party members will stay.

Can you recover an item scrapped by mistake?
The same update adds Reforge at the Scrapper. It retains the last twenty scrapped items for up to twelve hours and lets you recover them by paying back the currency received from scrapping them. Open Reforge promptly: both the time window and the item-history limit matter.
In its September 19 Campfire Checkpoint, Chief Rebel said the old loot penalty gave players another reason to leave late runs. The studio will monitor the response. The equipment protection is live; a reduction in abandoned groups has yet to be demonstrated.
