Forza Horizon 6 Turns 7-Eleven Into This Month’s Car Meet
Forza Horizon 6’s Horizon Meets update adds a limited-time 7-Eleven car meet, three new playlist cars, a Citroen treasure car, and 200 more Horizon Play levels.
Forza Horizon 6 has a new Horizon Meets update, and the useful part is not just the 7-Eleven joke. The update gives players a temporary meet-up spot, a proper prop pack for EventLab builders, three new-to-Horizon playlist cars, and a reason to keep pushing Horizon Play after level 100.
The downloadable update went live October 5 at 5:00 PM UTC. The Horizon Meets Festival Playlist starts October 8 at 2:30 PM UTC, which is 7:30 AM PDT, 10:30 AM EDT, 3:30 PM BST, 4:30 PM CEST, and 1:30 AM AEDT on October 9.
The 7-Eleven car meet is limited-time
The new 7-Eleven Evolving World car meet appears in the Nangan region near Nangan Day Trip. Playground describes it as a konbini-style meet-up location overlooking Mt. Fuji, which is exactly the kind of place players will use for screenshots, casual parking, and the usual convoy chaos.
That location is temporary for the Horizon Meets series, so treat it like a limited photo spot. If you care about the look, get your shots before the series rotates out. The good fallback is that the full 7-Eleven konbini can still be placed in EventLab, Garage, and Estate creations through the new prop pack.
The collaboration also adds themed props, badges, a Clerk Uniform tied to taking a snapshot of the 7-Eleven car meet during the first week, and an Egg Salad Sandwich collectible. Yes, the sandwich made the patch notes. Racing games are serious business until they absolutely are not.
Three new playlist cars matter more than the branding
The new-to-Horizon cars are the real reason to open the Festival Playlist. The 2025 BMW M4 CS is the full-series 80-point reward and is available across October 8 to November 5. The 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH is the Summer reward from October 8 to 15. The 1968 Holden Monaro GTS 327 is the Spring reward from October 29 to November 5.
Two returning rewards fill the middle weeks: the 2018 DeBerti Ford Mustang GT from October 15 to 22, and the 2004 Saleen S7 from October 22 to 29. If you only dip into the playlist when a car hurts to miss, check the dates now instead of remembering one reset too late.
The update also adds the 1970 Citroen 2CV as a new Treasure Car hidden somewhere in Japan. Follow the in-game photo clue when Horizon Meets is active. That is a better collector chase than another menu reward, and it gives the update one thing that is not just about points.
Horizon Play gets a bigger runway
Horizon Play now has 200 additional levels, with 20 new badges unlocked every 10 levels. Players who already pushed past level 100 keep excess XP progress, so the next login should not feel like the game threw away your time.
Spec Racing also gets more cars, including the 2019 Ginetta G40 Junior, 2020 Lamborghini Essenza SCV12, 1992 Mazda RX-7 Type R, 2008 Mazda Furai, 1987 Ferrari F40, and several others. Some of those are paid DLC cars, but Playground says they can be used in the Spec Racing playlist at no extra cost even if you did not buy their DLC packs.
There are smaller fixes too. Playground lists repairs for Drift Attack score abuse through fast travel or rewinds, missing Photography Journal credit at Temple of Nachi Falls, tire scrub audio while stationary, and Drive Mode animation audio on several cars.
The move is simple
If you play Forza Horizon 6 for cars, grab the weekly playlist rewards before they rotate. If you build, the EventLab prop pack is probably the longest-lasting piece of this update. If you mostly show up for photos, hit the 7-Eleven car meet while it is still in the world.
Game Pelt’s read: Horizon Meets is not a giant mechanical reset, but it is a useful monthly update. The branding gets the headline. The playlist cars, Treasure Car, and extra Horizon Play levels are what keep it from being a disposable billboard.
