Konami says it has resolved an issue that stopped some Silent Hill: Townfall DLC from unlocking on Steam. Its September 24 DLC notice lists the pre-purchase version and Deluxe Edition as the affected products.

Restart Steam while connected to the internet

For players who have already started the game, Konami gives three steps:

  • Exit Silent Hill: Townfall.
  • Make sure your PC is connected to the internet.
  • Restart the Steam app.

The notice does not name the individual missing items or announce a console fix. It also makes no claim about performance improvements. If your pre-purchase or Deluxe content is missing, follow the Steam restart instructions before checking your unlocks again.
