What Should The Division 2 Players Prioritize This Week?
Countdown Surge, Red Moon Rising, Twitch Drops, and Echoes of Central Park prep are all active. Here is the clean priority order.
The Division 2 has too many active hooks at once this week, so the answer is not "do everything." That is how you end up half-finishing five chores and wondering where the night went.
The clean priority order is Countdown Surge first, Red Moon Rising second, Twitch Drops in the background, and Echoes of Central Park prep whenever you are already touching your builds.
Start with Countdown Surge
Ubisoft's TUY8S3.1 update lists Countdown Surge from October 6 through October 13, with 2X Countdown Requisition. That is the short window. If you need Countdown currency, this is the piece to hit before it disappears.
Do not overcomplicate it. Queue Countdown while the bonus is active, spend the extra requisition with a plan, and avoid burning the week on lower-value cleanup unless you have already handled your main targets.
Keep Red Moon Rising moving
Red Moon Rising runs from September 24 through November 3, so it has more room than Countdown Surge. More room does not mean ignore it until the last weekend. That is how live-service checklists turn into homework with a gun.
Use Red Moon Rising as the steady background objective. Knock out event progress when you are already in the right activities, then pivot back to Countdown while the shorter bonus is live.
Let Twitch Drops run in the background
Legacy Twitch Drops also end October 13. The right move is boring and effective: link Ubisoft Connect and Twitch, open a participating stream, and claim the caches when they unlock.
Do not give Drops the same priority as active in-game bonuses. They are worth grabbing, but they should not steal your best playtime from Countdown Surge.
Use this week as Echoes prep
Echoes of Central Park launches November 3, and Ubisoft's official messaging points to a new area, companions, endgame encounters, skill variants, and new gear. That makes this a good week to clean up builds, resources, and any loose event goals before the DLC lands.
If your inventory is a crime scene, fix that before November. New gear is a lot less fun when every pickup starts a wrestling match with your stash.
Bottom line
Hit Countdown Surge first because it has the tightest value window. Keep Red Moon Rising moving because it lasts longer. Put Twitch Drops on autopilot once your accounts are linked. Then use the rest of the week to get your builds and inventory ready for Echoes of Central Park.
That is the sane route. The messy route is trying to treat every active event like the main objective at the same time. The game will let you do that, but it will not make the calendar any kinder.
