Why Are WoW Forever Hunter Auto-Shots Firing Too Quickly?
Blizzard plans to fix WoW Forever’s too-short Hunter and wand pre-cast. A separate Mac workaround lowers Graphics Quality to 2 or 1.
WoW Forever's Hunter auto-shots and wand attacks currently require less stationary preparation time than intended. Blizzard's September 23 developer post says their pre-cast should last 0.5 seconds, and confirms that the shorter beta behavior is a bug.
Blizzard plans to fix it in an upcoming beta build and hopes that build arrives the following week. It gives no build number or exact release day. The correction would restore the intended stationary pause; it is not listed as live yet.

Mac testers have a temporary graphics setting to try
In a separate September 23 support reply to a Mac player reporting an unusable Forever beta client, Blizzard recommends opening Options from character selection and lowering Graphics Quality to 2, or 1.
Support says work on a fix continues. That is a temporary troubleshooting step for the affected client, not confirmation that every Mac rendering problem is resolved. Try the lower setting if affected, and check later beta notes for the permanent repair and auto-shot build.
