Core Keeper drills were dealing damage on the first game tick after receiving power, breaking some circuits that use them to sort items. Pugstorm's September 22 hotfix says version 1.3.0.2 corrects that timing problem.

If your sorter relies on drills, check for 1.3.0.2 before rebuilding the circuit. Retest the existing setup after updating to see whether the listed repair resolves its fault.

This is the only fix listed in the announcement. The Steam notice gives no separate console deployment schedule, so confirm the version on your platform before expecting the corrected behavior.
