Seasonal Solo Self-Found is available again in Diablo IV. Blizzard’s September 18 Hotfix 3 for 3.2.1 also fixes blocked Tree of Whispers cache claims and items displaying incorrectly in the trade window.

  • SSF: the repair addresses new seasonal characters retaining earlier seasonal progress instead of resetting it. Blizzard confirms the mode has reopened.
  • Whispers: retry the cache claim if that was blocking your progress. The announced correction concerns collecting the reward.
  • Trading: items should display correctly in the trade window following the fix.

What Hotfix 3 leaves unchanged in the published rules

The season’s shared War Plans still separate normal and SSF characters into different partitions. Re-enabling the mode does not announce a change to those progression rules. Blizzard also does not promise higher payouts, replacement caches or compensation in these notes.

The matching PC and console announcements identify version 3.2.1, without supplying separate client build numbers, platform-specific installation steps or an account-by-account recovery procedure.

If you postponed starting the season because SSF was unavailable, Blizzard’s confirmation is a reason to return. For a different progression problem, check whether your exact issue is named before assuming this hotfix resolves it.
