No Man's Sky 7.04 Repairs Expedition Blockers And Reward Ship Claims

No Man's Sky Cosmos 7.04 addresses expedition reward ships charging nanites and progress blocked by a missing tool. Hello Games' September 21 patch notes also fix the vintage Sentinel Interceptor requiring players to exchange another ship before adding it to their collection.

The Our Journey Continues expedition can become blocked before the Beyond milestone if a player trades away their Multi-Tool. The repair makes the Terrain Manipulator blueprint known by default. Other fixes restore the Voyagers Corvette Workshop marker and correct a rare Waking Titan portal error that could send players to the wrong destination.

Corvettes should no longer teleport into and become stuck in legacy stations during the expedition. Outside those milestones, the patch addresses salvage that could not be pulled aboard a Corvette, plus collection and completion problems when multiple copies of the same deep-space salvage mission were active.

Later additions to the same patch notes address settlement debt suddenly jumping to roughly two billion units, missing construction terminals that block building progress, and productivity upgrades reducing item output. Hello Games also lists repairs for rare space-hulk salvage failing to spawn and ships slowing sharply after leaving the Space Anomaly.

The notes also list memory and audio-threading crash fixes, a rare reload hang and improved memory use on Xbox One and Switch 2. Those platform-specific changes in the notes do not establish that the patch has reached those consoles.

The official release log now identifies 7.04 for PC. The patch article's heading agrees, although its introduction still refers to 7.03. PC is the only platform currently tagged for 7.04; console availability remains unconfirmed by that listing.

Check for 7.04 on PC before retrying an affected milestone or ship claim. Players on other platforms should check their own update availability before expecting these repairs.
