Once Human's developers say they will reissue Golden Drifter sets to players whose purchases remained locked and could not be equipped. The September 19 bug-fix notice for version 3.0.6 lists the purchase problem as fixed and promises reissues within one business day.

That is the timetable in the notice, not confirmation that every affected account has received the set. It gives no exact delivery time or separate platform schedule for this repair.

The same notice fixes an occasional loading-screen stall when entering Eternaland, abnormal chat font size on mobile, and clipping affecting the Phantom Zero female bottom and male top.

Report a purchase that remains locked

Check whether you can equip the Golden Drifter set you bought. If it remains unavailable, use the developer's support route to report the unresolved purchase problem:

  • PC: Press ESC, open Support & Feedback, then select Submit Suggestion.
  • Mobile: Open the map's left menu, select the headphones icon at the bottom right, then choose Suggestions and Submit Suggestion.
