Palworld Work Pals
Find a Pal for the job your base is missing. Compare twelve workers, their natural work-suitability levels and practical uses, then check assignments, access and food before replacing a Pal that stands idle.

Ranch time and hauling compete for the same worker. Do not count it as a dedicated transporter while it is producing Wool.

It cannot plant or water those crops. Its broad job list makes assignment checks important when several stations are waiting.

Where Chikipi fits
Assign Chikipi to the Ranch for Eggs. This becomes a repeatable ingredient source for ordinary Cake.

Check before assigning
Gathering is not Planting or Watering. A Chikipi beside an unfinished plantation cannot complete every crop stage.

Kindling 1Click to collapse
Where Foxparks fits
Provide Kindling for a compatible furnace or cooking station. It covers a job that a base full of grass and neutral workers can still be missing.
- Kindling

Check before assigning
It has no Mining role. Another worker or the player must supply Ore, and one Foxparks cannot smelt and cook simultaneously.

Sparkit data referenceWhen a base job stops
Check a ready recipe and its inputs, the required work suitability, enabled jobs and access to the station. Then check food, rest, SAN and health. Test one suitable worker on one task before spending a breeding project on a replacement.
The current references use Palworld 1.0.5. Keep host and client versions compatible. World settings, passive skills and upgrades can change results; the natural work levels here are not a prediction of your Pal's final performance.
