Battlefield 6 joins Game Pass on October 13, 2026, for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Xbox lists cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC access. Game Pass Premium is absent from the Battlefield entry, so do not assume that plan will get you in.

For an existing subscriber, check the membership you already have before buying the game separately. For anyone subscribing specifically for Battlefield, wait for the October 13 listing to show access on the platform you intend to use.

Xbox's announcement also lists EA Play benefits, including the Deployment Pack, Season 5 EA Play Pack and recurring seasonal rewards. Those are named benefits, not a promise that every cosmetic or edition upgrade is included.

Check your EA account before the download

Battlefield 6 still requires an EA account. EA stores game progress through that account, so returning beta players should use the same one rather than starting with a different login by accident.

Open Connections in your EA account settings and check the linked platform account. If something looks wrong, read EA's account guidance before unlinking. Unlinking can affect progress, purchases and access; it is not a harmless first troubleshooting step.

The announcement gives an October 13 date without an exact unlock hour. It also does not turn subscription access into permanent ownership. Keep the plan's entitlement in mind if you are deciding between subscribing and buying.

On October 13, check the Battlefield 6 page with the eligible account signed in. Confirm the platform and access offer before arranging the evening with your squad.
