Battlefield 6's HUD can display inaccurate weapon-damage values above 100, primarily in REDSEC. For this identified bug, the team says actual damage is calculated correctly and weapons still deal their intended damage.

Damage counters and armor indicators remain under investigation

Battlefield's September 18 status report says a readout fix is in development. A separate REDSEC investigation concerns armored players missing incoming-damage and direction indicators when shot. Neither repair has a confirmed date.

Notification delays have a deployed fix

A server-side change has addressed delayed UI notifications, which the team says should now appear immediately. It also reports that REDSEC matchmaking has stabilized since 1.4.3.1, with monitoring continuing through the weekend.

Missing attachments have been traced to the Firing Range

The team now says this attachment issue is confined to the Firing Range and does not affect live multiplayer or REDSEC matches. A range fix is still being worked on.

An odd damage readout alone is not proof that your weapon dealt less damage. Likewise, an attachment missing in the range does not establish that it is absent from your live-match loadout; that is the distinction the studio's investigation now makes.

The missing sniper-zeroing indicator will require a future client update. The notice gives no patch date and says proximity chat will remain disabled through the weekend.
