Penking plus Bushi produces Sibelyx in current Palworld breeding data, not Anubis. The 1.0 update changed breeding combinations, so an older guide can send you through a perfectly functioning farm toward the wrong Pal.

A current normal Anubis pairing is Bushi Noct plus Orserk. That is the Noct variant, not ordinary Bushi.

Breed Anubis from Bushi Noct and Orserk

Use one male and one female, assign both to a Breeding Farm, and put Cake in the farm's chest. The pairing is checked against current breeding calculators; it is not a claim that these are the earliest or easiest parents to obtain.

If you already have them, this gives you a concrete route. If you do not, compare Anubis parent combinations against your own collection before chasing this particular pair. A route using Pals you own may save more work than starting another capture or breeding chain.

Keep the calculator on normal offspring when checking this result. Mutation results are a separate possibility, not an interchangeable promise.

Prepare the Breeding Farm and Cake

The Breeding Farm unlocks at technology level 19. Its current construction cost is 10 Wooden Boards, 20 Stone and 50 Fiber.

One ordinary Cake requires 5 Flour, 8 Red Berries, 7 Milk, 8 Eggs and 2 Honey. A Cooking Pot is a valid production station. Put the finished Cake in the Breeding Farm's chest, not just a general storage box.

Make sure the parents are assigned to the farm. Simply owning a male and female somewhere in the base is not the same setup.

Wrong Pal or no egg? Diagnose the right problem

If Penking and Bushi give you Sibelyx, change the pairing. Do not keep spending Cake in the hope of restoring the old normal result.

If no egg is being produced, check assignment, the parents' sex and the farm's Cake supply. That is a setup problem to investigate before blaming the offspring calculation.

For any other combination, check the exact variants and the calculator's supported version. Ordinary Bushi and Bushi Noct are not equivalent inputs. Confirm the species result first; selecting passives for a finished Anubis is a separate breeding project.
